I solemnly promise not to spam you. Unsubscribe at any time.

When?

Thursday 24th November 2022 from 10:00 - 10:30am.

A recording will be emailed to all registered attendees, so don't worry if you are unable to attend live - though I'd love it if you can! It is a great opportunity to ask questions.

Where?

On Zoom. A link will be sent to all registered attendees in advance of the masterclass.

What will we cover?

Simple ways to adjust your approach to the impending festive season that will alleviate some stress. This is key to maximising well-being, for ourselves and our loved ones, during what can feel like a high-pressure time of year - whether you celebrate Christmas itself or not.

It is easy (and common) to take on a huge burden of responsibility for creating the perfect experience for everyone around us. (Yes mums, I am looking at you!) How much might everyone's enjoyment be enhanced if we had some fun too?

For those attending live, you will have a chance to ask questions. You will come away with some simple action steps to play with and see what feels right for you.

What does it cost?

Nothing! The De-Stress Your Christmas mini-masterclass is completely FREE!

What does stress have to do with health and well-being?

The short answer? Everything! Stress can be the biggest factor that is commonly overlooked, even by people who are generally very focussed on healthier living. If you are interested in learning more on this, subscribe to my mailing list below to be notified when an upcoming article on the subject is released.

I am a parent, a step-parent, a former primary school teacher, and a person with multiple chronic diseases and complex dietary requirements. I know how stressful Christmas can be from various perspectives!

I can't magic away all of the factors that feed into that of course. What I can do is offer you some very simple ideas that have the potential to make the same situation feel quite different.
