Our dietary choices matter, and some of the diet culture we live in can make choosing health challenging. However unhappy you are with your current eating patterns, you are not weak. You are living in a food environment that is largely not supportive of well-being - and making change alone is not easy.
For you it may be as simple as paying closer attention to the way that you are eating now and how it makes you feel. Or perhaps adding a single portion of veg to your daily intake, not necessarily every day if that feels too much.
