What to expect coaching with me
My approach is gentle. My aim is to help you to build a healthier life for yourself. This will also benefit those you care for. Exactly what that healthier life looks like is entirely up to you. I can help you to define the kind of life you really want to live, and together we can set you on a road towards it that feels good.
I will work with you to make and execute a plan that is realistic, sustainable, and unique to you. When challenges arise, I will be there to help you work out what you want to do next, and how. I will help you to embrace your successes and your strengths. Change is not always easy, but we can plan to make it as simple as possible. For more detail on the coaching process see this post. All services are fully customisable to meet your specific needs. Sessions are available on an individual, group, family, or school basis.
As an ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach, I have extensive training in the principles of Functional Medicine and ancestral health, as well as in-depth knowledge of how behaviour change actually works. As an AIP Certified Coach, I can provide support to those with autoimmune conditions (and other chronic diseases) in implementing a powerful protocol of dietary and lifestyle interventions to facilitate healing.
As an experienced former teacher, I also offer coaching for educators, both privately and through school-based whole staff or small group work. For further details on work with school staff see here. This experience, alongside my life as a parent and step-parent, also informs my work with families and children.
In person services are available in Bromley (Kent), surrounding areas and London. A location for face-to-face follow-up sessions can be arranged after an initial virtual session. Virtual services (usually via video on Zoom or similar) are available worldwide for individuals and groups.
Below are some examples based on common requirements. All coaching programmes can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Shorter sessions can be arranged if time is tight, and longer or shorter intervals between sessions are certainly possible. Together, we can design a coaching programme to suit you.
