The power of a change in perception can be extraordinary. Honestly, speaking for myself, much as I used to laugh and joke about my malfunctioning body - looking at it differently feels so much better. The theme of the event, 'The Power of Kindness', is a very powerful one. While this talk is mostly about my personal story, it is of course informed by everything I have learned as a coach and applied in my own life, as well as what I see working well with clients - who all obviously have lives and circumstances very different to mine.
